CLUBHOUSE EXECUTIVE

(Location : Tessensohn Clubhouse) (nearest MRT Farrer Park)

As a Clubhouse Executive in our Clubhouse, you will report to our Assistant Manager, Clubhouse. Being the first point of contact for members and guests, the Clubhouse Executive ensures a smooth and welcoming experience. The role encompasses reception duties and administrative support while delivering service excellence.

What you’ll be doing :

1. Customer Service & Front Desk Operations

• Greet and attend to members, guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage facilities bookings.
• Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email or in person.
• Provide accurate information on club facilities, services and activities.

5. Assist the Assistant Manager in supporting the daily operations and administrative work of the Clubhouse to ensure the smooth operations of the Clubhouse. Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
