Description

Join our client's award-winning

fine dining team as a Restaurant

Captain . This role is primarily

service-focused , supporting daily

restaurant operations and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable

Michelin-starred

experience.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, attentive, and professional table service

to guests

Take orders, serve food and

beverages, and ensure smooth dining flow

Support the setup and closing of the restaurant (table

arrangements, stock checks, etc.)

Assist in

maintaining high service standards in line with Michelin

recognition

Communicate effectively with team

members and kitchen staff to deliver seamless service

Handle guest requests politely and resolve concerns when

necessary

Requirements

Previous experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality,

or casual dining service roles preferred

Team

player with strong customer service skills and a positive

attitude

Passionate about hospitality and keen

to grow in a Michelin-starred environment

Willing to work split shifts (allowance

provided)

Hours & Benefits

• 5-day work week

Split shift : 10 : 30am

Split Shift

Allowance : $12 / day

OT Pay : 1.5x

rate
