Director - Technology Consulting (Public Sector)

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client, a global consulting firm, is seeking a Director to expand its technology consulting practice with emphasis on the public sector. This role is market-facing, where success is defined by building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and shaping large-scale technology transformation programmes. The individual will position a suite of consulting services, ranging from digital strategy and architecture through to data, cloud, and emerging technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive consultative business development by identifying opportunities and positioning end-to-end technology consulting services.
• Engage senior public sector leaders on digital transformation, data, and cloud strategies.
• Shape value propositions that integrate multiple service lines, aligning technology with policy, organisational, and citizen outcomes.
• Lead the design of technology roadmaps and oversee delivery teams in ensuring quality and impact.
• Represent the practice through market engagement, thought leadership, and industry events.
