Job descriptionAttend to email enquiries relating to practitioners’ Practising Certificate (PC) renewal applications and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) claims, events, and applications. Process PC renewal and CPE-related applications, claims, and events. Monitor and report system-related issues (if any) to IT. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor. Diploma or Degree Holder. Proficient in written and spoken Previous working experience in a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) environment is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location : Kim Keat Road
Salary :
- Diploma Holder : SGD 13.60 per hour
- Degree Holder : SGD 18.50 per hour
Working Days / Hours :
Monday to Thursday : 8 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM
Friday : 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM
Lunch : an hour
