Join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team and play a vital role in monitoring, supporting, and maintaining critical systems to ensure smooth operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals with basic networking knowledge and a strong interest in system monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor networks and systems using tools such as Zabbix
- Respond to incidents and escalate issues when necessary
- Perform basic troubleshooting and provide support when required
- Maintain accurate logs and reports
- Work effectively in a team and demonstrate strong communication skills
- Commit to working 12-hour shifts
Skills and Experience
No prior experience required – fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided)Basic knowledge of web-based UI interfaces is essentialProficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferredStrong stress management and problem-solving skillsCustomer-oriented with good collaboration, initiative, and communication abilitiesBasic understanding of networking and system operationsMinimum qualification : GCE O-Levels or DiplomaWhy Join Us
