• . To prepare cost estimates, managing contracts related to environmental works and contributing to environmental reports and proposals.
• To work on multiple aspects of business development including sales, brand management and business growth.
• To constantly follow up on leads, identify clients’ needs, emails and conduct research on new clients.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations, sustainability principles, and best practices in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, and cost control principles
• Good to have a flair in writing skills
• Min 1 year exp in QS role
