Roles & Responsibilities

• Create import & export jobs in system till billing and file closure
• Liaise with carrier / co-loader for import shipment arrival & export shipment booking
• Liaise with Internal & external customers for shipments arrangement
• Handle import & export custom permit
• Liaise with transporter for import & export cargo handling
• Procure rates with carrier / co-loader
• Check origin / destination rate with overseas agent
• Support sales for quotation
• Any ad-hoc matter assigned by superior
