Roles & Responsibilities
Overview :
Provide essential administrative support to the IT Operations Team stationed at the client site, ensuring smooth coordination of service requests, asset tracking and day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Submit and track IT service requests via ITSM tools on behalf of support teams or clients, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Monitor and update records of clean laptops available for deployment.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for IT-related activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets in the storeroom.
- Support additional administrative tasks as assigned to assist overall IT operations.
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or IT support role.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with ITSM platforms is an added advantage.Basic understanding of End User Computing Devices (EUCD) is preferred.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Well-organized, proactive and able to multitask effectively in a team environment.Please send your detailed resume in MS Word format to resume@goldtecHRs.com with
