Roles & Responsibilities
As a key member of the IT Department, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Execute Group IT policies and implement corporate infrastructure and network systems across both local and overseas offices.
- Set up user accounts and provide onboarding and training for new system users.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize network performance to ensure stability and efficiency across all offices.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential risks, and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
- Manage network servers, technology tools, internal IT assets, and software licenses, ensuring compliance and effective utilization company wide.
- Strengthen network and data security by proactively managing system vulnerabilities and minimizing outages.
- Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive inventory of all IT assets, including those located in overseas offices.
- Handle office administrative matters such as office equipment maintenance, supplies procurement, vendor coordination, and facility support.
- Assist management in coordinating with overseas offices on both IT and administrative matters to ensure smooth operations and alignment with corporate standards.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Information Technology and equivalent.At least 2 years of experience with a strong focus on system infrastructure.Open to work overtime as and when required.A team player and able to work independently.Tell employers what skills you have
