Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for the smooth running of our restaurant such as opening and closing shift
Manage the outlet operation including sales, operating expenses and outlet profitability
Supervise, train and oversee front house crews
Ensure delivery of quality customer service
Ensure food quality and hygiene standard is maintained
Handle guest complaints and feedback to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement in food products and services
Responsible for reimbursement of petty cash and submission to finance
Responsible for crew scheduling and labour cost control
Any other ac-hoc duties as and when required as general operational manager
At least 20 years relevant experience
Strong communication & interpersonal skill
Educational background doesn't matter
Hospitability is more important
