Body Wellness Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on training in body wellness services.
• Train staff on salon SOPs , hygiene standards, sterilization, and client consultation etiquette
• Support new staff onboarding and ensure consistent service quality across outlets
• Identify training needs through salon audits, customer feedback, and manager inputs
• Develop and update training manuals, checklists, visual guides, and demo videos
• Evaluate staff competency and provide coaching / retraining where required
• Ensure all staff maintain a high standard of professional grooming, communication, and posture
• Conduct refresher courses and support introduction of new treatments or products
• Work closely with salon managers to monitor post-training performance and service consistency
