Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin & Sales Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks, sales support, and compliance with government regulations. This role involves preparing documentation, managing accounts, submitting reports, creating presentations, and assisting in the preparation of marketing materials related to our products, solutions, and services.

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and manage documentation for sales, compliance, and internal reporting.
  • Ensure company compliance with relevant government regulations and industry standards.
  • Assist in basic accounting functions, including invoicing and financial record-keeping.
  • Submit necessary reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
  • Create and update presentations, proposals, and other sales and marketing materials.
  • Support sales teams with administrative tasks and customer communication.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain and organize company records and files.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with accounting and reporting software is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of government regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
