Responsibilities :
Continuously map new business opportunities in Singapore, build customer intelligence, and engage decision-makers to drive growth, while creating annual plans for key accounts with budgets, forecasts, and activation strategies.Proactively secure new key account business by engaging decision-makers, diagnosing customer needs, and presenting tailored value propositions to establish long-term partnerships and product listings.Collaborate closely with Marketing to leverage industry insights and national priorities, execute impactful brand activation plans both in-store and online, develop and implement joint business plans, mobilize sales teams for customer engagement, and localize global strategies to drive customer growth and development.Develop and execute strategic negotiation plans by preparing value chains, engaging key stakeholders, proposing mutual concessions, and securing mutually beneficial outcomes, while conducting periodic reviews to drive agreed commercial actions.Collaborate with internal teams and departments to prioritize customer acquisition and strengthen partnerships, strategically deploy RedBull resources to support customer engagement, cultivate seamless collaboration between Red Bull and clients, and provide valuable input into the business planning cycle.Establish agreements to regularly collect customer data for generating actionable insights that drive business growth, collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored category strategies and business recommendations, and deliver comprehensive reporting while ensuring the implementation of agreed actions.Requirements :
Degree in business, marketing, or related discipline.Minimum 3 years’ experience in On premise Key Account Management. Experience working with QSR / LSR chains, Hospitality groups including lodging, restaurants, bars etc.Proven experience, drive, and ability to autonomously seek out and win new business.Ability to extract customer insights, align and develop and sell them into mutual business solutions.Creating, proposing, and implementing customer joint business plans.Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and identify effective solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and interact at different levels.High sense of accountability, strong will to succeed, demonstrated curiosity and desire to learn.A proactive team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.By submitting your application, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data—including but not limited to your name, email address, and contact number—for the purpose of screening and shortlisting by the Red Bull hiring team.
