We’re looking for an Operations Engineer

As an Operations Engineer, you’ll dive deep into complex technical environments in order to provide professional, high-quality service and assistance to our users. You will support our users in close cooperation with other teams so that you can swiftly respond to any issue and maintain a good relationship with even the most demanding users with non-compromising solutions.

• You will maintain advanced DataMiner Systems by resolving customer issues .
• You will make sure that issues get addressed to guarantee maximum service availability .
• You will provide consultation to help customers realize the full potential of their system.
• You will work closely together with both squad and chapter members in an agile environment .
• You will maintain high-quality standards and provide internal departments with product feedback .
