Job Description
- Industry / Organization Type : Freight Forwarding
- Position Title : Customer Service Executive
- Working Location : Changi Airfreight Centre (Transportation Provided)
- Working Hours : 5 days (Mon – Fri; 9.00am - 6.00PM)
- Salary Package : Basic salary up to $2,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration : Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Support the Customer Service Department and report to the Team ManagerManage bookings for both air and sea shipmentsCoordinate with air and sea carriers to arrange shipmentsCommunicate clearly and effectively with customers, providing updates and handling enquiriesHandle documentation for sea shipments, including preparing bookings and bills of ladingEnsure accuracy in all records and paperworkAPPLY NOW!!!
Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent.Experience or knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantageAble to work independently and show motivation in daily tasksWilling to learn and take on new responsibilities as neededKindly apply through ANY of the following methods :
