The Company

A leading US MNC in the manufacturing, distribution, and trading sector is seeking a Regional Finance Director to lead its finance operations across Asia (excluding China and Japan). This strategic role offers the opportunity to shape financial strategy and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

The Role

Reporting to the APAC CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions across the region, including

• Financial Accounting & Reporting
• Taxation & Compliance
• Cashflow Management
• Internal Controls & Governance
• FP&A and Strategic Business Partnering
• Lead regional finance teams and foster a culture of performance and accountability
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support business growth and cost efficiency
• Drive ERP system optimization (preferably JD Edwards) for reporting and analytics
• Set up and manage legal entities across the region
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance across jurisdictions

Your Profile

As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience
