Job descriptionPossess at least a Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent. Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but they must have at least 2 years’ of relevant experience. Familiar with MS Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP) Strong administrative skills with attention to details, proactive follow-up and efficient time management Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and able to work under pressure Team player and committed to work Effective communication and co-ordination skill Able to commence work at a short notice or immediate Ability to communicate in English & Chinese to liaise with English & Chinese speaking stakeholders
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Generate shipping documents such as Delivery Orders, Packing List, Commercial Invoice
- Close co-ordination / follow up with internal / external customers on deliveries / shipments
- Liaising with declarant / trade compliance / customs on export applications
- Update data into ERP systems timely
- Ensure record keeping system is well maintained
- Ensure all reports are reviewed and submitted on time
- Assist in monthly stock taking and other aspects of logistics operations as assigned
