Roles & Responsibilities

Location : West

Description :

• Assist the sales team by preparing sales quotations, proposals, and relevant documentation
• Follow up with customers on pending orders and resolve queries or issues
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. logistics, operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order histories
• Provide administrative support to the sales function
