Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Project Manager to oversee and coordinate interior renovation projects from start to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, safety, cost control, and quality standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Oversee renovation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with design specifications, timelines, and regulations
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve site-related issues promptly
2. On-Site Management & Quality Control
Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, safety practices, and workmanship qualityIdentify and mitigate risks such as delays, cost overruns, and material shortagesEnsure all construction and renovation work adheres to local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications3. Stakeholder Communication
Liaise with clients, designers, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth project executionProvide regular progress updates and site reports to management and clients4. Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting
Resolve technical conflicts between design intent and site feasibility with practical, cost-effective solutionsManage change orders professionally and ensure all variations are properly documented and approvedRequirements
Diploma in Civil / Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building or equivalent, awarded by BCA Academy, Nanyang Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Republic Polytechnic, Singapore Polytechnic or Temasek Polytechnic.Minimum 5 years of site or project management experience in interior renovation (residential or commercial)Strong technical knowledge in interior fit-out, carpentry, M&E works, and wet worksAble to read and interpret floor plans, technical drawings, and construction documentsExcellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skillsIndependent, proactive, and able to manage multiple sites simultaneouslyProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantageFluent in both Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.Possess own transport (preferred)Willing to work flexible hours based on project needsTell employers what skills you have
