Purpose of job :

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead technology projects in our insurance business. You will manage a range of technology initiatives, across core insurance systems, regulatory compliance and digital transformation. You will also integrate projects, manage technology risk, and ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet business and customer needs. This role is key to enhancing our agility and competitiveness in insurance technology.

Main Responsibilities :

Project Planning and Execution : Lead and deliver technology projects in insurance, aligning with business goals :

• Delivery Oversight : Ensure projects adhere to timelines and quality standards
• Obstacle Removal : Address and resolve issues hindering team progress and project delivery.
• Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Resource Management : Coordinate resources to optimise productivity and meet project milestones.
• Risk Management : Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure high-quality software delivery, meeting industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive improvements through feedback, retrospectives, and metrics.
• Handover : Ensure any project is handed over and integrated within the usual processes so as to be ‘business as usual’ post-go live be run as business as usual
• Reporting and Metrics : Track project metrics and KPIs, provide status updates, and use data for decision-making

Job Requirements :
