Group Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly financial closing process for the Group, including the review and compilation of reporting packages from all subsidiaries.
• Prepare group consolidation and conduct analytical reviews of consolidated financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of Board meeting materials and SGX results announcements.
• Support group-level budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring activities.
• Coordinate the compilation and review of the Group’s annual report.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to resolve audit matters in a timely manner.
• Review tax computations and liaise with tax agents to ensure compliance.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, listing requirements, and Group financial policies.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments and provide support for finance-related projects as required.
