Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Work closely with the Project Team on identifying the customer’s needs and expectations. Site Survey and measurement.
• Support the Project Team on administrative works such as handling customer enquiries, preparing tender documentation, technical and material specifications and daily project reports (photos etc).
• Arrange meetings and monitor progress of the project works to ensure the projects are is on schedule, within budget and completed with good quality.
• Prepare workers’ worksite schedule and logistics arrangement.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders such as contractors, customers, QE / PE to meet authorities requirements and obtain the permits required for project completion.
• Upon completion of project, ensure proper project handover and follow up on maintenance services.
