Helpdesk and desktop support for ICT Computing Devices
Audio-Visual (AV) support
Update of Windows Operating System patches, anti-virus definitions and other software patches
Setup, installation, re-installation and disposal for ICT computing devices
Equipment loan and IT-related administrative tasks
