Job descriptionManage customer inquiries through various communication channels and provide information on product availability, delivery schedules, and shipment details. Process and verify sales orders accurately and promptly in the system. Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery. Handle shipping and customs documentation, liaising with forwarders and shipping agents. Prepare sales reports, track order records, and support sales meetings. Work closely with internal departments to resolve queries and discrepancies. Verify and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes. Negotiate freight rates with appointed forwarders to ensure cost efficiency. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines effectively. At least GCE “O” Level and minimum 2 years of experience in handling sales order processing. Familiar with Microsoft Office. Able to start immediately or in short notice.
