Job Description

- Position Title : Admin Assistant
- Working Location : Bedok
- Working Hours : 5 days (Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm)
- Salary Package : Basic Salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration : Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Handle correspondence, calls, and front-desk enquiries; schedule meetings and arrange travel.Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and simple reports; maintain organized digital filing.Support procurement admin (PR / PO / DO), courier bookings, vendor records, and office supplies.Assist basic finance tasks such as invoices, expense claims, petty cash, and bank-in slips per SOPs.Coordinate onboarding paperwork, attendance / leave updates, and general HR admin.Liaise with internal teams and external partners to follow up on tasks and deadlines.Uphold data privacy, compliance, and continuous improvement in processesAPPLY NOW!!!
