Design Manager (Interior Design)

Key

Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and manage the interior design

team.

Develop project plans, timelines, and

manage budgets.

Act as primary client liaison

and manage all expectations.

Drive creative

design strategy and overall vision.

Ensure

quality control and adherence to all

standards.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related

field.

Min. 5 years' experience with 2+ years

in a leadership role.

Strong portfolio of

completed design projects.

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite etc.

Excellent leadership and client communication

skills.
