Design Manager - HVAC Commercial Building Projects

Roles & Responsibilities

Reports To : General Manager & Director

Job Overview :

The successful candidate will assume full ownership of each project, guiding it through from conception to completion. You will be the key driver of both business growth and technical excellence, leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve project goals effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

Client & Partner Management :

Build and nurture strong relationships with strategic clients and potential partners to foster long-term collaborations and support business development initiatives.

Project Strategy & Execution :

Translate business objectives and budgets into actionable roadmaps. Develop comprehensive project plans, oversee their execution, and ensure timely, quality delivery.

Requirements Analysis & Solution Design :

Analyze project requirements and cooling load profiles across various operational phases. Design and deliver customized solutions tailored to industry-specific needs.

Market & Technology Insight :

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in HVAC or chiller system design, fabrication and installation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
