Responsibilities :
Optometrist Partnerships :
Meet optometrists to present our
proposals
Provide brochures and marketing
materials.
Promote partnership opportunities
and explain potential revenue models for optometrists.
Doctor
Referrals : Visit GPs and other
healthcare professionals to position us as their preferred
partner.
Build and maintain long-term
professional relationships.
Corporate Partnerships :
Approach companies to offer health talks and
collaborate on employee wellness programs.
Promote corporate annual packages and on-site screening
options.
Maintain ongoing communication with
HR and wellness managers to ensure program success.
Reporting &
Follow-up : Maintain records of
visits, meetings, and follow-ups.
Provide
weekly reports on pipeline, progress, and outcomes.
Skills
and Qualifications :
Minimum 2–3 years in corporate sales, business
development, or client relationship roles (healthcare experience
preferred).
Strong interpersonal and
communication skills; confident in presenting to professionals and
corporate clients.
Knowledge of the
healthcare / ophthalmology industry is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple
relationships simultaneously.
Results-driven,
organized, and detail-oriented.
Personal

Flexible and adaptable to
changing priorities.
Education :
Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Life
Sciences, or related field preferred.
