IT Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities

We are a recruitment agency, supporting our client in their search for a dedicated IT Administrator to join their team in the North. This role offers the opportunity to play a vital part in maintaining and improving the company’s IT systems and infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Monitor system performance and ensure network, system, and endpoint security.
• Maintain and support internal applications such as door access, parking, and telephony systems.
• Manage CCTV and Wi-Fi networks.
• Provide both remote and onsite technical support to end-users and customers (hardware, software, and network issues).
• Track and resolve technical issues through the ticketing system.
• Maintain updated network diagrams, floor plans, and technical documentation.
• Assist with other ad-hoc IT duties as required.
