Job descriptionDeploying application releases to UAT & Production environment Liaise with customer’s IT personnel to identify problems and provide solutions Provide call-support and on-site support whenever necessary Occasional after office hours and weekend support is required (Off in lieu provided) Any other tasks assigned Diploma or Degree in IT Minimum 2 years’ working experience in IT Infrastructure / IT Operations / Application Support. More qualified candidates will be considered for senior positions. Strong working experience in RHEL ,Firewalls, Hypervisor / Containerization Intermediate knowledge on network setup ( VLAN, IPSec VPN, SDWAN, Routing protocol etc) Able to work independently with good initiative and willingness to take on responsibility Possess RHCSA / RHCE certification will be an added advantage Some development experience with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, JSP, JAVA, Unix shell script or JQuery will be advantageous Working experience in CI / CD implementation will be an added advantage Working experience in Oracle and MySQL database will be an added advantage Working experience in Financial Services environment will be an added advantage

Job Description
- Perform daily applications & system health checks
- Manage and support company's IT infrastructure (Network, System, Storage etc)
- Provide end user devices support for internal staff
Prepare and maintain proper documentations on IT assets, network diagrams, system
configurations etc
Document and track incidents with root cause analysis, corrective and preventive
actions
