Roles & Responsibilities
ADMINISTIVE ROLE
1. Manage day to day verification and input of information into DO software.
2. Manage day to day photo in Whatsapp to ensure job is done and recorded in DO software.
3. Arrange and coordinate with ground staff to ensure smooth operations
4. Escalate and work with support team for complicated issues, and ensure issues are resolved and followed up via Whatsapp
5. Road Tax Pre-requisites Monitoring and renewal of Road Tax (Online)
6. Recall vehicle for Inspection from our customers (Rental)
7. VPC & Insurance Application
8. Updating of Fleet Records (Rental / Road Tax) and Inspection Records [Excel]
9. Filing of vehicle Quotation / Customer Orders and Inspection Certificate (Owned)
10. Reporting sent back vehicle to our Customer Whatsapp
11. Issuing of Work Order Book for Repairs / Tyres and Work Order Papers (JIC / STA) to our drivers
12. Asst. Account Department to prepare Invoices, etc.
13. Undertake other tasks assigned by immediate superior
Knowledge and skill requirements :
1. Candidate must possess at least O Level and above
2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) at a basic level
4. Team player with good communication and positive thinking
5. Able to communicate effectively in high stress environments
