About the Company

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven Contracts Manager to provide end-to-end support for contracts and agreements, ensuring obligations and objectives are met and projects are delivered in accordance with internal policies.

• Draft, review and manage contracts and vendor agreements to safeguard organisational interests;
• Oversee procurement and tender activities, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements;
• Monitor budgets, track variations and oversee claims administration to ensure financial performance remains on target;
• Support negotiations with internal and external stakeholders to secure favourable outcomes;
• Prepare and present relevant reports to management for informed decision-making;
• Ensure accurate maintenance of agreements, correspondences and approval records for audit readiness;
• Track project milestones and contractual obligations, ensuring timely compliance across multiple projects;
• Provide guidance to internal teams on contract-related issues and resolve escalations;
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen contract governance and operational efficiency.
