We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and compliance with health & safety standards.
- Manage restaurant inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Oversee cash handling, daily sales reports, and cost control.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Motivate and lead the team to achieve performance and service excellence.
