- Working hours : Monday - Friday 830am to 6pm
once a month half Saturday 9am to 12pm)

Job Responsibilities
Liaise with internal departments to support the sales lifecycleManage sales activities, including processing sales orders, quotations, credit notes, billing, procurement, and coordinating order fulfilmentEnsure accurate and efficient processing of transactions in line with company guidelinesProvide post-sales and administrative support, ensuring high service standards in order processing, project registration, and related tasksPrepare and submit work-related reports, including revenue forecasts and analysisAssist the Sales Team in ensuring timely order provisioning and deploymentPerform customer care tasks, including phone handling and other admin dutiesPrepare and issue quotations promptlyManage client enquiries via various communication channels professionally and promptlyPOH LI WEN REG NO : R25136683
