Work description includes but is not limited to culture of

human embryonic stem cell (hESCs) and induced pluripotent stem

cells (iPSC), differentiation into airway epithelia,

immunofluoresence analysis using confocal microscopy, RNAseq

analysis, genotyping, generating plasmid contructs, CRISPR / Cas9

based gene editing, maintenance of cell lines, general lab

management that includes ordering of reagents, equipment

maintenance, enforcing safety regulations, curating lab databases

and maintenance of zebrafish strains

ITE or

Diploma

Experience with hESC and iPSC work, standard

molecular biology techniques like cloning, sequencing, PCR,

immunofluorescence techniques and confocal microscopy is very

desirable. Must be motivated and organized and a team

player.
