Manager, Group Legal

Responsibilities :

Manage real estate related transactions e.g. acquisitions and

disposal, financing, leasing

• Provide legal

support for ad-hoc operational matters, such as drafting / reviewing

commercial contracts for purchase of goods and services, employment

etc issues.

The successful candidate will work

closely with the internal clients from development planning &

acquisition, finance, tax and leasing departments as well as

external legal

counsels

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Law and have at least 5 years' PQE in law

firms handling corporate real estate transactions or real estate

financing or as an in-house counsel in real estate firms handling

M&A or financing.

Singapore or other common law jurisdictions.

Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

Ability to provide pragmatic and strategic legal

advice.
