Job descriptionProvide ICT support for daily operations, project implementation, and operational events. Troubleshoot and resolve first-level network and system issues promptly. Offer technical consultation to users and manage ICT requests effectively. Oversee ICT equipment lifecycle, including deployment, inventory management, audits, and disposal. Administer user accounts, subscriptions, and inventory management systems. Coordinate with vendors to ensure ICT services and requirements are delivered on time. Assist with budgeting, expenditure tracking, and billing verification for ICT services. Ensure compliance with SOPs and relevant government ICT policies Diploma in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in ICT support, troubleshooting, and asset management. Prior experience supporting government-related projects. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with firewall configurations, IP address whitelisting, and basic networking concepts (e.g. CCNA-level knowledge) would be an added advantage. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in logging and managing customer interactions. Proactive in identifying and escalating recurring issues or potential problem trends.
