Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the continuous operation of the organisation’s IT Infrastructure, including networks, servers, email security and backup systems.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance infrastructure resilience, particularly for planned maintenance and power outages.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including the development and execution of phishing simulations and cybersecurity awareness programs.
- Act as a liaison to facilitate IT related communication across departments, adapting technical information for non- technical stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees across all levels, ensuring efficient problem resolution and minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Continuously research and evaluate new technologies and solutions that can drive efficiency, enhance security and support the organization’s evolving needs.
- To support Digitalisation Transformation team members in the areas of IT / OT cyber security measures including assessment of project scopes, budgetary and proposal.
- To be trained to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT Security industry, including awareness of new or revised security solutions, security standards, trends / best practices, offensive techniques and tools.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Education / Experience / Skills
Minimum Diploma qualifications ( e.g. NIE, SIM, LaSalle-SIA, NAFA ) or equivalent.Minimum 2 years’ of experience in Computer Science.Knowledge in ERP system like Microsoft Navision is an added advantageTell employers what skills you have
