ICT Engineer - FONG'S ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURING PTE LTD

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the continuous operation of the organisation’s IT Infrastructure, including networks, servers, email security and backup systems.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance infrastructure resilience, particularly for planned maintenance and power outages.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including the development and execution of phishing simulations and cybersecurity awareness programs.
• Act as a liaison to facilitate IT related communication across departments, adapting technical information for non- technical stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and guidance to employees across all levels, ensuring efficient problem resolution and minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Continuously research and evaluate new technologies and solutions that can drive efficiency, enhance security and support the organization’s evolving needs.
• To support Digitalisation Transformation team members in the areas of IT / OT cyber security measures including assessment of project scopes, budgetary and proposal.
• To be trained to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT Security industry, including awareness of new or revised security solutions, security standards, trends / best practices, offensive techniques and tools.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
