Roles & Responsibilities

1 Year Contract

9am to 5.45pm (M-F)

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate with third-party documentation vendors, including freight forwarders, trade documentation service providers, and insurance companies
• Monitor vendor performance, ensure timely delivery of documentation, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Analyze trade data to identify trends, opportunities, and cost-saving measures.
• Act as the main point of contact between internal teams (logistics, finance, legal) and documentation vendors to ensure smooth information flow.
• Serve as the primary business owner of the Trade Systems, accountable for its functionality, performance, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with IT, compliance, operations, and business users to ensure system requirements are met, and enhancements are implemented effectively.
• Define and maintain system governance, including user access, data integrity, compliance, and change control processes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs
