Associate Director, Inventory Technology

Job descriptionOversee the selection, integration, and scaling of forecasting and replenishment platforms, including Relex, Blue Yonder, and SAP. Identify opportunities for automation, analytics, and process improvements to enhance supply chain performance. Work closely with supply chain, store operations, category management, and IT teams to align technology solutions with business needs. Serve as the key liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring smooth execution and alignment of priorities. Resolve dependencies, manage risks, and ensure the timely delivery of critical supply chain initiatives. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for inventory optimization, replenishment efficiency, and system performance. Utilize data-driven insights to refine forecasting models and replenishment processes. Provide strategic recommendations on process enhancements and new technology adoption. 10+ years of experience in supply chain technology, retail inventory management, or demand planning. Expertise in inventory optimization platforms like Blue Yonder, Relex, or SAP. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams. Proven ability to drive digital transformation and process optimization in retail supply chain environments. Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value, working closely with both IT and operational teams.
