Responsibilities
- Cultivate and deepen trusting long term relationships with new and existing U / HNW individuals
- Identify prospects within the relevant market and use market knowledge to actively acquire new clients
- Introduce clients to a wide range of products / investment opportunities based on their suitability and responsible for the success of delivery Nomura's solutions to clients
- Ensureplete KYC, call reports and documentation for all clients
- Assist in new business / product development and work with products and service specialists in order to best serve client needs
- Contribute to the bottom-line of Wealth Management through the aplishment of revenue and AUM target
- ply with bank and regulatory requirements and all applicable money laundering prevention procedures both in Hong Kong / Singapore and in the specific geographical area
Requirements
Minimum Degree in Business or Finance from an accredited universityMinimum 7 years' experience in wealth management, private banking with a focus on high-net-worth clients.Experienced in providing personalized investment advice, financial planning services, including asset allocation, risk management, and estate planning for High-Net-Worth or Ultra-High-Net-Worth clientsStrong understanding of financial markets, asset classes, products and servicesProven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectivelyStrong ability to acquire new clients through referrals, own network and the active prospecting of high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals.Excellent client relationship management skills,munication and influencing skills with both internal and external stakeholdersHigh level of professional and personal integrity, ensuring all work activities meet the highpliance standards of the Bank and are performed in line with internal and external guidelines and regulatory policiesDrive to succeed and ability to work independently and as a teamDiversity Statement
