Job Description
We are looking for aspiring personnel to join our growing team. You will be responsible
for full spectrum of admin duties, attending to customer enquiries, and to assist in
assigned HR tasks. An important point of contact for all internal and external
communication, you serve as an integral part of the Admin cum Customer Service
functions.
Specific Responsibilities :
- Responsible for administration and reception duties, and assigned HR tasks.
- Manage external phone calls, general workplace upkeep, courier services, mail etc.
- Serve as point of service contact for all internal / external visitors & meetings.
- Administer and facilitate seamless control of the provision of stationery / pantry
- supplies.
- Coordinate maintenance services, including office facilities, photocopier, pest
- control, plants etc.
- Attend to customer enquiries relating to training / enrichment / tuition services
- Ad-hoc duties when required
Qualifications / Requirements :
ITE / Diploma in Business Administration or Businesbusis ServicesMinimum 1 year of relevant working experienceProficient with administrative and reception coveragePrior experience in customer service / sales roles has advantageMeticulous and able to work in fast paced environmentBilingual and able to manage queries from Chinese speaking associatesVersed in MS Office, WhatsApp & WeChatWeekend availabilityWorking hours :
6 days work week, 10am to 6pm.
Work on weekends, Weekday off day
