Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT software application project management for healthcare software product
• Oversee product lifecycle from requirements gathering and design to implementation, validation, and release
• Drive the use of AI / ML in healthcare to enable data-driven decision-making and deliver personalized care to patients
• W ell-versed in AI / ML governance and risk management in the context of healthcare software, including model explainability, bias mitigation, data privacy, and compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory standards and support quality assurance teams in meeting software documentation and audit requirements
• Foster strong working relationships with customers and vendors , acting as the main point of contact
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation including user stories, requirements, and validation reports
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, supporting their career growth
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum etc.) depending on project scope
• Use tools such as Jira, Confluence for tracking and collaboration
