Finance Manager

A well-established market leader is seeking a Finance Manager to join its fast-growing organisation. This is a high-impact, group-level role that combines strong technical expertise with team leadership and strategic oversight.

You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day finance operations, leading group and entity-level financial consolidation, and ensuring timely, accurate financial and management reporting. The role also includes overseeing tax compliance, managing statutory audits, and liaising with external advisors on evolving tax regulations relevant to the industry. Additionally, you'll drive process improvements, enhance automation across finance functions, keep accounting policies and SOPs up to date, and support ongoing ERP optimisation to improve efficiency and scalability.

The ideal candidate will hold a CA / CPA qualification and a degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 10 years of combined experience in Big 4 audit and in-house finance roles. Industry-specific experience will be highly valued, especially within complex, asset-intensive environments. Proven leadership capabilities and comfort working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving business are essential.
