As the Head of Social Work, you will be responsible for the following duties :

Lead and manage the Social Work team across AWWA School(s)

Ensure quality casework, counselling, and family support services

Develop and implement departmental strategies and workplans

Monitor resources and prepare funding proposals when needed

Maintain governance standards and streamline operational processes

Support professional development and assess team capabilities

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to enhance service delivery

Requirements

Degree in Social Work.

SASW Registered Social Worker.

5 years in social service or disability setting with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
