What you will do :
- Act as the Regional Technical Leader for Thermal solutions within assigned Accounts
How you will do it :
Own and achieve the quarterly sales targets covering orders and margin, across Thermal Portfolio (Not limited to Chillers, FWU, CRAH, CDU)Develop a comprehensive account strategy for Data Center customer's addressing key growth plan, key initiatives, and overall engagement plan to drive sustainable growthLead thermal solution discussions around Thermal selection, system configuration, energy efficiency, redundancy, and sustainabilityBuild and engage relationships with Senior Key stakeholders within customer's organization to position Johnson Controls as their preferred partnerEstablish Master Service Agreements to promote technical and commercial standardization, across businesses and regions. Own and develop customer roadmaps and quarterly business reviewsCollaborate with Global Engineering and Product Teams to develop or adapt solutions for the APAC MarketWhat we look for :
Proven experience in Account Management within the Data Center or related industriesStrong understanding of the Thermal Value PropositionExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsDemonstrated ability to drive Commercial Intensity and growthExperience in developing strategic initiatives and managing complex projectsWhat we offer :
