Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Medical Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge medical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. Your goal will be to build strong relationships, drive sales growth, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct field visits to healthcare facilities to promote medical products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product presentations and demonstrations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, and training sessions as required.
Submit regular sales reports and feedback to the management team.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in medical / healthcare sales (preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Familiarity with medical terminology and industry regulations is a plus.
