Receiving of corporate sales orders thru email or phone
Ensure accuracy & timely processing of orders inlcuding checking of stock availability and PO details are correct
Coordinate with customers to arrange for delivery
Perform day to day admin related tasks
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Good team player, mature, independent, multi-tasker, initiative,
meticulous, proactive and positive working attitude
O" Level, "A" Level, Diploma
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Basic knowledge in accounting & accounting software is an advantage
Customer service oriented
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to start work within short notice
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
