Job description
The role will play a strategic role to define and implement HR initiatives for the group's businesses. Reporting to the Business Heads and the Corp HR Director, the role will work on conceptualising HR strategies and executing them to produce tangible business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and align with business heads to formulate short to long term strategic HR plans in support of business and infrastructure project goals
- Work with business stakeholders and HR teams to execute HR plans to produce tangible and sustainable business performance
- Build and develop human resource organization to support sustainable business growth
- Ensure HR plans are aligned to the organization values
- Play a leading role in talent management and drive key HR processes – Manpower budgeting, performance management and talent development, employee engagement mandates
Requirements
At least 15 years of proven hands-on HRBP experience working in a MNC or large corporate environmentStrong key stakeholder engagement skills is a pre-requisiteHas successfully manage across diverse culture and operating environmentsPossess good communication and presentation skillsBusiness savvy and able to translate business needs to HR plansMobile and willing to travelGood team player and strong management skillsA good degree in any specializationJ-18808-Ljbffr
