Responsibilities
We’re looking for a highly motivated and meticulous Business Development Executive to spearhead sales efforts, engaging with and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
- Drive end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation to deal closure, for both individual and corporate clients;
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and convert new business opportunities;
- Build and develop relationships with new and current customers to upsell products and services;
- Craft customized proposals for corporate wellness programs;
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth;
- Handle all sales enquiries through multiple platforms;
- Plan weekly goals and demand generation, ensuring KPIs and targets are achieved;
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, delivering regular reports and insights;
- Feedback on current projects and development for key accounts;
- Liaise closely internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and service delivery;
- Monitor competitors’ activities and products.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or business development role;Experience handling both B2B and B2C sales;Adeptness in managing time to ensure timely completion of assignments;Highly motivated and able to work independently;Customer-oriented approach, with ability to manage stakeholders and deal with complex issues.Employment Details
